Founded September 2, 2006, NC Tech was a vision by Headmaster and Coach Tim Newman to help young men better their lives through education and football. It has become a ministry.
Presently, we are preparing to expand our school to accommodate K-12. At this time, we are taking students for ACT and SAT prep. NC Tech is well on the way to becoming an accredited institution by already having an accredited curriculum through Light House Ministries. Make no mistake, education comes first. In addition, we provide our students with the opportunity to play post grad football for a second look by college scouts. We will gradually add more extra curricular activities, such as basketball and track, as we grow and flourish. NC Tech will be submitting academic core classes to the NCAA Clearning house.
